AUTUMN EXCURSION WEEK IN JURMALA. 19.-25.10.2026.

- You can sign up for a session at ANNA'S ART SPACE on October 23rd; there are two groups available: from 1 to 3 p.m. and from 5 to 7 p.m.

THE WORKSHOP:
I have prepared stones, collected from the Baltic Sea shore right near my home and fabric bags (37x34,5cm), for painting. In a small group of 5, siting by a warm fireplace in a peaceful atmosphere, you can paint a small stone - perfect as a small Christmas Gift or simply for your own soul's delight. Or, you can paint a fabric bag for everyday use or perhaps give a bag as a gift - why not!
I will offer you a choice of painting stones with a smooth, natural surface or stones I have primed with a chalk base. I will show you how to paint using egg tempera!
Over the summer, I prepared some hand-tinted bags - I filled a large pot with water and added flowers, leaves and fruit pieces from my garden, letting the bags soak and take on the color for several days. You can choose either the light, cream-colored bag or tinted bag to paint. For an additional fee - 1 Eur/per one button or eyelet, you have also have buttons attached to close the bag and add decorative metal eyelets. You will paint the bags sing Textile paints. I also offer the use of my Graphic press if you would like to print a leaf from my garden onto the bag.
